Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

At Series Apparel, every item is produced specifically for an event, team, organization, or customer. Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we maintain the following refund and return policy.

Custom Apparel Sales

All sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Event apparel
  • Team apparel
  • Personalized apparel
  • Custom printed merchandise
  • Made-to-order products
  • Pre-sale items
  • Limited edition event merchandise

Please verify your size, color, and order details before completing your purchase.

Inspection at Pickup

Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise at the time of pickup or before leaving our event booth.

If an item has a manufacturing defect, printing defect, incorrect item, or damage that occurred prior to delivery, please notify a Series Apparel team member immediately.

Eligible defects include:

  • Incorrect size from what was ordered
  • Incorrect item received
  • Printing defects
  • Visible garment defects
  • Damage occurring before pickup

We reserve the right to inspect all reported defects before approving a replacement.

Once Merchandise Leaves Our Booth

Once merchandise has been accepted and leaves our pickup location, event booth, or shipping carrier, it is considered accepted by the customer.

No refunds, exchanges, replacements, or returns will be provided for:

  • Buyer remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Event scheduling changes
  • Damage occurring after pickup
  • Washing or drying damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, or modified

Shipping Orders

If your order was shipped and arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a replacement.

Sizing Responsibility

Size charts are provided whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before ordering.

Series Apparel is not responsible for incorrect size selections made during checkout.

Color Variations

Actual garment colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen brightness
  • Mobile devices
  • Monitor settings
  • Dye lot variations from manufacturers

These normal variations are not considered defects.

Event Pickup

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the designated pickup times.

Orders not picked up during the event may be shipped at the customer’s expense or handled at Series Apparel’s discretion.

Order Errors

If we make an error in fulfilling your order, we will correct the mistake by replacing the incorrect item or providing another appropriate resolution.
