Welcome to Series Apparel. By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Series Apparel
Series Apparel specializes in custom apparel, event merchandise, team stores, promotional products, and made-to-order apparel for sporting events, organizations, businesses, schools, and other groups.
Because many of our products are produced specifically for an event or customer, additional terms apply to custom orders.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, placing an order, or purchasing products from Series Apparel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund & Returns Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
3. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance by Series Apparel.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any order.
- Cancel orders due to pricing errors.
- Correct website inaccuracies.
- Limit quantities purchased.
- Decline orders suspected of fraud.
4. Custom Orders
All Series Apparel products are custom produced.
Custom orders include:
- Event apparel
- Team stores
- Personalized apparel
- Limited edition merchandise
- On-site event merchandise
- Custom printed apparel
Production begins shortly after order submission. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
5. Artwork & Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted artwork, spelling, names, numbers, and customization details before completing an order.
Series Apparel is not responsible for customer-submitted errors including:
- Misspelled names
- Incorrect numbers
- Incorrect sizing selections
- Incorrect personalization
6. Colors & Product Availability
Actual garment colors may vary due to:
- Manufacturer dye lots
- Screen settings
- Device displays
- Lighting conditions
Occasionally manufacturers discontinue or temporarily backorder garments.
If this occurs, Series Apparel may substitute a comparable garment of equal or greater quality while maintaining the original design whenever possible.
7. Production Times
Estimated production times are provided for planning purposes only.
Production schedules may be affected by:
- Manufacturer inventory
- Shipping carrier delays
- Weather
- Equipment failure
- Event schedule changes
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Production dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Event Pickup
Many orders are distributed during designated events.
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during published pickup times.
Orders not collected may:
- Be shipped at the customer’s expense,
- Be made available at a later pickup location when feasible, or
- Be considered abandoned after 90 days.
9. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers.
Series Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- Weather
- Carrier disruptions
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.
10. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Website pricing errors may occasionally occur.
If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order prior to production.
11. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other written arrangements have been made.
Orders may not enter production until payment has been received.
Returned payments or chargebacks may result in cancellation of future orders.
12. Refunds & Returns
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that custom merchandise is generally non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors reported in accordance with our policy.
13. Intellectual Property
All artwork, logos, graphics, photographs, website content, designs, marketing materials, and original concepts created by Series Apparel remain the intellectual property of Series Apparel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Customer-supplied logos remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Promotional Photography
Series Apparel may photograph completed merchandise, apparel displays, event booths, and products for promotional purposes.
We do not intentionally identify individuals without their permission. If you believe a photo should be removed, please contact us and we will review your request.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Series Apparel shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Incidental damages
- Event cancellations
- Delays outside our reasonable control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
16. Force Majeure
Series Apparel shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Fire
- Flood
- Severe weather
- Power outages
- Equipment failures
- Labor shortages
- Transportation delays
- Government actions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
17. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Interfere with website functionality.
- Use automated software to scrape website content.
- Upload malicious software.
- Violate applicable laws while using our website.
18. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
